Arrive on time. If you are running late, enter quietly.

Wear exercise clothes and if you do not like practicing barefoot, wear yoga socks (that separates the toes and has no-slip grip on sole).

Be respectful of the space you are sharing with others: turn off your cell phone, be clean and neat, refrain from strong perfumes, and bring a small towel if you tend to sweat.

Eat 2 hours prior to class. A small snack closer to class is okay. Other than water, do not bring any food or snack into the studio.

If you have any injuries or medical conditions, tell the teacher about them before class.

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat but you can borrow one from the studio if needed.

Enjoy your practice!
